Text Messages (SMS)
Effective October 9, 2026
Hikma can text you about the work you ask it to do. Texts are sent by Hikma, operated by Ibrahim Bajwa, doing business as Hikma. You only receive them if you link your phone number and agree to receive them.
How to opt in
- In Hikma, open Settings › Account and choose Set up under Phone.
- Tick the consent box. It reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Hikma about the work I ask it to do: replies, questions, and alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- Hikma shows your Hikma number and a six-digit code. Text that code from your mobile phone to your Hikma number. Your phone is linked, and texts begin, only once that text arrives.
Opting in is never required to use Hikma, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
What you will receive
Texts about the work you ask Hikma to do:
- Replies to the requests you send it.
- Questions Hikma needs answered to finish a task.
- Alerts when work you asked for needs your attention or is done.
Hikma does not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with how much you ask Hikma to do. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
- Stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. You can also unlink your phone in Settings › Account › Phone.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@tryhikma.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number only to text you about Hikma. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
